AUSTRALIA - Tour & Holiday Packages

AUSTRALIA - Down Under

BEAUTIFUL ONE DAY - PERFECT THE NEXT - VISIT US IN AUSSIE TODAY

Australia's natural beauty will amaze You with its thriving within the tropical rainforests, hidden in the inner deserts and for all to see on top of the hills and mountains which form part of this dream destination which is Australia. An attractive, cosmopolitan country with a very interesting history is what describes Australia, which appeals to just about anyone who wants to go for a visit or even to live.

Do you want to discover more about the Aborigines who inhabited Australia for more than 50,000 years? Then you should take a trip to Alice Springs and see some of the historic buildings such as the Overland Telegraph Station; or go to the Alice Springs Desert Park which gives an insight to life in the woodlands, lakes, and dunes. Aboriginals live in many Country Towns throughout Australia like Condobolin, Wagga Wagga and mainly in Central Australia around Ayers Rock now renamed by the Aboriginals as Uluru.  Ayers Rock is one of the most impressive landmarks in Australia. A huge chunk of sandstone and a ‘true’ monolith, it resides in Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park which is located down towards the southwest corner of the Northern Territory and close to the geographic center of Australia.

The Australian Capital is Canberra, renowned for its museums, galleries, military and administrative roles in Australian politics. It is the educational alternative to a beach holiday as it becomes cooler in the winter months and actually snows in Canberra.   If this is not what you are looking for then Sydney is the place to go. Bake in the Australian sunshine on Bondi Beach, go and see why Sydney Opera House is so famous or discover the colonial past of Australia’s former capital. For restaurants, nightlife and shopping, Melbourne will be your wonderland of cosmopolitan living and AFL sports, plus the Formula 1 car races in January.  Australia has something for everyone…. It is heaven for water sports lovers who dream of surfing along Australia’s Gold Coast or diving to discover the world’s largest living organism, the Great Barrier Reef, or meet the inhabitants and see some of the best Aboriginal rock art at Kakadu National Park.

The sheer immensity of Australia makes it virtually impossible to see more than one or two cities unless you plan your trip well and spend more than two weeks in the country so that you can take full advantage of all that this beautiful country has to offer.

SYDNEY and Things to do

Multicultural and cosmopolitan are just some of the words used to describe Sydney, the state capital of New South Wales in Australia. Perhaps this is because half of the population are not Australian and the average age of the citizens ranges between 20 and 40 years old.  Over the years this city has gained international recognition for its famous buildings and monuments such as the Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge; and as host to the Olympic Games in 2000, this is a city which has had its fair share of the limelight.

Sydney is a captivating city which invites you to discover its beaches, monuments, landscapes, and restaurants. Take a stroll along the golden beaches, have a bite to eat in one of the seafront restaurants or rollerblade along the promenade as the sun goes down. Sydney has something for everyone! You won’t leave disappointed.

The ROCKS and Things to do

The northern end of George Street, ( BASICALLY UNDERNEATH THE HARBOUR BRIDGE AREA )The Rocks, Sydney Port, Sydney. Here you will find some great entertainment to suit all ages, with over a 100 pubs to quench that thirst, with some making their own brew - behind glass walls as you watch and choose from over 40 varities.

Visiting The Rocks in Sydney will take you back in time as it is the oldest district in the city and has lots of winding, paved streets, old buildings, and pubs. It is currently one of the most visited areas in the city and is within walking distance of Sydney Port and Sydney Opera.  The Rocks is a popular place to go shopping or for a night out with lots of restaurants and pubs and many people are attracted by the atmosphere in the old streets which twist and turn throughout the area. Every Saturday there is a craft market in The Rocks with more than 150 stalls where you can buy all types of handmade crafts and jewelry.

Camden's Cottage is worth visiting as it is the oldest building in Sydney dating back to 1816. Other popular tourist attractions are the Museum of Contemporary Art, the Toy Museum and Observatory Hill.
